Shipping Policy

At KMA Furniture, we ship every order free of charge across the continental United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden handling fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships from our Dallas, TX warehouse.

Delivery Times & Methods

Because furniture varies widely in size and weight, we use two delivery methods:

• Standard Ground (chairs, desks, small tables, décor): Typically arrives 5–8 business days after shipping via major parcel carriers.
• Freight Delivery (sofas, sectionals, dining sets, bedroom sets, large outdoor sets): Ships via specialized freight carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Expect 5–12 business days in transit. Freight deliveries include curbside or threshold service.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight items. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your furniture arrives with any transit damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage. Contact us within 48 hours at info@kmafurnitures.com and we'll arrange a free replacement.
